Kirin 970 sits under the hood here, the same chipset Honor used in some of its higher-end phones that year, paired with a Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. That's a fair bit of muscle for gaming or multitasking, backed by 4 or 6 GB RAM depending on the variant and 64 GB of storage that can be expanded further via microSD.
